We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The Diamond Store. If your selection does not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange on all unworn items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Your Jewelry

  Place the item in its original presentation box and include all original documentation, including diamond grading certificates and the sales receipt.

• 3.
  Package and Label

  Place the jewelry box inside a shipping container and attach the pre-paid, fully insured shipping label provided by our support team to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the condition and authenticity of the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
